Accessibility Statement

Zero Headache wants the website to be usable by as many people as possible. This statement explains our approach to accessibility and how to tell us if something is not working for you.

1. Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across the website. WCAG is the international standard for web accessibility, and Level AA is the target referenced by accessibility laws in several jurisdictions, including the Americans with Disabilities Act in the United States and the European Accessibility Act.

2. What we are doing

Structure pages with semantic HTML so screen readers can navigate them.
Provide text alternatives for images and decorative elements where they convey information.
Ensure color contrast meets WCAG 2.2 AA ratios for text and interactive elements.
Make keyboard navigation available for menus, forms, and the calendar booking widget.
Respect the reduced-motion system preference on devices that support it.

3. Known limitations

Some interactive elements, including the lead-response visual mockups and the marquee animations, may be difficult to use with assistive technology. We are working to improve these. If you find something you cannot use, tell us and we will prioritize it.

4. How to report an issue

Email us at legal@zeroheadache.co with the page URL and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to fix confirmed issues in the next release cycle where feasible.

5. The booking calendar

The embedded booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, which has its own accessibility commitments. If you cannot use the embedded calendar, email us and we will book your call for you directly.
