Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Last updated: July 20, 2026 — Version 1.0
This policy defines the limits of what you can do on our platform. You cannot use Zero Headache to send unsolicited messages, break consent laws, or attack our infrastructure.
Restricted activities
Do not configure your AI agents or use our infrastructure to do any of the following:
- Contact people who have not opted in. You must follow TCPA and A2P messaging rules.
- Send deceptive or harassing messages.
- Give regulated advice. The agents are built for lead qualification and booking.
- Process protected health information (PHI) unless you have signed a Business Associate Agreement with us and we have enabled a HIPAA-aligned workspace on your account. See our HIPAA and PHI Position.
- Break the terms of service of the third-party platforms you connect.
- Reverse-engineer or overload our APIs.
Enforcement
You are responsible for the prompts, scripts, and consent records in your account. We suspend accounts that break these rules, and we report illegal activity to law enforcement.
