AI Disclosure Statement
Last updated: July 20, 2026 — Version 1.0
Zero Headache uses artificial intelligence to answer, qualify, and book communications on behalf of the businesses we serve.
At the start of any call, chat, or message handled by our AI, the person is informed that they are interacting with an AI agent, not a human. This disclosure is delivered in the same channel and language as the interaction. In jurisdictions that require it (including under the EU AI Act, and state laws in Utah, California, Colorado, and others), the disclosure is given before any qualification or booking conversation begins. This satisfies the transparency obligation in Article 50 of the EU AI Act, which requires that individuals be informed at the latest at the time of their first interaction with an AI system.
- When you contact a business that integrates Zero Headache, you may be interacting with an automated AI agent rather than a human representative.
- The AI agent handles scheduling, answers questions, and qualifies requests. It is not programmed or authorized to provide professional advice (such as legal, medical, or financial advice).
- You may request to speak with a human operator at any point, and the AI agent will route your inquiry or call to the business's staff accordingly.
- All interactions may be recorded and transcribed to facilitate accurate booking, keep records for our clients, and improve the reliability of the Service (see the Call Recording Policy).
If you have questions about how our AI agents process your requests, contact us at legal@zeroheadache.co.
